FOOD SOURCES OF VITAMIN B‐6 OF A GROUP OF INDONESIAN CHILDREN1

Abstract: Food sources of vitamin B-6, commonly consumed by 77 children (age =8-9 years) in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia, were analyzed for total vitamin B-6 content using Saccharomyces uvarum, and compared with the vitamin B-6 values of the USDA Nutrient Database for Standard Reference.
