Food Consumption Patterns of Balearic Islands’ Adolescents Depending on Their Origin

Abstract: Over the last decade, the immigrant population of the Balearic Islands archipelago (Spain), in the Mediterranean, has risen to 22% of its total population. The aim of this study was to assess food consumption patterns among Balearic Islands' adolescents depending on their origin.
