“…The difference in the results of the studies can be because of the different socio-economic levels of the studied populations in each study, the level of nutritional awareness and knowledge of individuals. Despite the high level of education of people in some societies, studies have shown that their dietary patterns and food choices are based on emotional criteria, food taste and so on (Mohajeri et al , 2019). Therefore, despite adequate training and nutritional information, unhealthy food patterns have been observed in some populations during the COVID-19 pandemic.…”

“…With a different sample, both, in qualitative terms (socio-demographic characteristics, example high involvement of the younger population-students) and in quantitative terms (breadth of coverage), the research results would certainly be different. In that sense, it could certainly be expected that some other factor, such as the price of fast food service (for example, a larger number of young unemployed students) would gain greater importance and would show as a factor of significance as in study conducted by Iranian adults (Mohajeri, 2019). If the sample included a large number of middle-aged business men with a cosmopolitan orientation, it would be expected that the brand factor and the quality factor would prove to be significant.…”

“…Breakfast is very important for elementary students whose brains consume about half of the whole body’s energy (Eck et al , 2019; Mielgo-Ayuso et al , 2017). Research studies have shown that eating habits that develop in childhood continue into adulthood (Mohajeri et al , 2020a; Mohajeri et al , 2020b; Mohajeri et al , 2020c; Mohajeri et al , 2020d; Nemati et al , 2020). Therefore, childhood nutritional status should have optimal and positive effects on school-age children.…”
