Fonoaudiologia e estratégia de saúde da família: o estado da arte

Abstract

Resumo: A inserção da Fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família é algo novo e estudos sobre este tema são escassos. À luz disto, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi de identificar, a partir da literatura nacional e internacional, o estado da questão sobre a atuação e inserção da Fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, anais do Congresso Brasileiro de Fonoaudiologia, Teses e Dissertações. A partir do estudo, foi possível detectar que a deficiência na formação do fonoaudiólogo para o trabalho na Estratégia Saúde da Família é um dos principais fatores limitantes para a inserção e atuação desses profissionais neste cenário; Também identificou a falta de publicações científicas sobre o tema; E evidenciou que a Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família, se tornou indispensável para diminuir a lacuna na formação do fonoaudiólogo sobre Atenção Básica. São muitos desafios para a categoria de Fonoaudiologia consolidar a sua atuação na Estratégia de Saúde da Família, mas, apesar das fragilidades, o seu fazer no território promove um cuidado que propicia mais qualidade de vida e saúde a essas pessoas.

Avaliação da assistência fonoaudiológica na estratégia de saúde da família pela perspectiva do usuário

“…The lack of adequate equipment for the care of this population can prevent activities of health promotion and injury prevention from being conducted, jeopardizing the continuity of health assistance (13) . Although the SLP practice at the FHS of this municipality is being performed by speech-language therapists in the process of formation by the Multi-professional Residency in Family Health (MRFH), many technical training deficiencies still need to be overcome, and this is the main limiting factor in the practice of these professionals (12) . The health professional training mode has been a complicating factor, in which excessive emphasis on disease appreciation and specialized training is observed.…”

“…As there are no vacancies in the SLP service at the FHS in the municipality of Sobral, these professionals are eventually absorbed by other scenarios of practice. The lack of job offers for SLP in PHC is a consequence of the incipient knowledge of managers regarding the importance of this category for this field (12) . In order to create new positions, municipal and state managers need to assess the necessity to increase the number of speech-language pathologists in the local public health network, considering the population, epidemiological and service criteria (30) .…”

“…The expectations presented by the users of the SLP service were similar to the findings reported in the national literature on this theme: users refer to insufficient offer of SLP service provided at SUS (11,24) . Another study indicated as a major challenge for SLP at the FHS the organization of resources and infrastructure mainly involving insufficient availability of these services and insufficient and unqualified human resources (11,12) . Unfortunately, the inexperience and lack of preparation of SLP at PHC, especially at the FHS, can negatively affect the planning and organization of the service (19) .…”

Proposta e validação de um protocolo de triagem para identificar as manifestações fonoaudiológicas na hanseníase

“…A atuação da fonoaudiologia na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) é recente. Com trajetória ainda em construção, faz-se necessário o investimento em pesquisas de forma a nortear a prática e consolidar sua atuação na Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) baseada em evidências, contribuindo com a qualidade de vida da população (1) . É importante o envolvimento do fonoaudiólogo nos programas estabelecidos pelo Ministério da Saúde visando fortalecer a capacidade de resposta do sistema de saúde às doenças emergentes e endemias, por exemplo, o controle da hanseníase (2) .…”
