Folato, vitamina B12 e ferritina sérica e defeitos do tubo neural

Abstract: RESUMO Objetivo: verificar os níveis de folatos, vitamina B12 e ferritina em pacientes cujos fetos apresentaram defeitos de tubo neural (DTN). IntroduçãoDurante a gestação ocorrem ajustes metabólicos para proporcionar o melhor ambiente para um desenvolvimento fetal normal.
