Fluxo e Infalibilismo em Teeteto 151-160

Abstract: In this paper I attempt to show why the role of flux in Theaetetus 151-160 is exclusively explanatory. I show that Plato uses material from Heraclitus' flux (H) in order to create for Protagoras (P) the best available argument which can grant infallibility. In the first part of the paper I discuss, briefly, some controversies about two problems: how Plato is establishing the connections among the three theses and how he understands flux.
