Fluorescein as a diagnostic marker of bladder ruptures: an experimental study on rabbit model

Abstract: Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate fluorescein use in the diagnosis of bladder ruptures in rabbits as an experimental model. Material and Methods: The study was conducted on male New Zealand rabbits divided into a retrograde fluorescein group (n = 8) and an intravenous (IV) fluorescein group (n = 8).
