Flexible forms of employment, an opportunity or a curse for the modern economy? Case study: banks in Poland

Abstract: The presented topic is of utmost importance due to the consequences that the implementation of atypical forms of employment has for all labour market actors. Sometimes employees decide on such forms of employment due to the pressure from employers who see it as a chance to optimize the costs.
