First isolation and genotyping of Toxoplasma gondii from bats (Mammalia: Chiroptera)

Abstract: There are currently no reports on the isolation and molecular examination of Toxoplasma gondii from bats. Here, we report the isolation and genotypic characterisation of two T. gondii isolates from bats.
