First experience with a new form of orthotopic ileal neobladder (Leuven N-Pouch) following radical cystectomy

Abstract: Bladder cancer is the most common malignancy of the urinary tract. Radical cystectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection and a urinary diversion (UD) is the gold standard treatment of non-metastatic muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC).
