“…As known from Figure 1,multiplex is the information package and arrange for audio, video, data, ESG and so on, and demultiplex is actually the reverse process of multiplex, namely the received information is analyzed to video, video and control information, other parameters and audio/video files , that is according to multiplex's frame structure and combination way , as shown in Figure 3 [4]- [6] . Supposing n X (n = 0,1,2,3 ……) represents all states for the Nth frames of broadcast channel, when demultiplexing control information in Figure 4, we call the state is P, when demultiplexing service data, we call the state is T, the formal language description is as follows: Figure 4 is the state conversion chart of a broadcasting channel frame demultiplex, when state transition, its input is code stream which waits for demultiplexing, as long as the input stream meets the conditions, it will enter the next state, and will be accepted by the next state.…”

“…A subjective criterion for good viewing reception has also been developed in [8] for DMB: 7% freeze frames in 20 seconds were considered the maximum rate, while in our paper, the maximum was 5% in 40 seconds (or 80 samples). Our criterion can be considered somewhat more restrictive.…”

“…In [3][4][5][6][7], performance of DVB-H systems is evaluated. A subjective criterion for good viewing reception has also been developed in [8] for Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB). In [9], the performance degradation of OFDM signals due to Doppler spreading in mobile radio applications such as 802.11a and DVB systems is investigated.…”

“…They achieve high quality and spectrum efficiency. They can transmit several programs simultaneously over wide area with only one transmitter at low power, thus, digital broadcasting offers a greener, more economically efficient solution [3]- [5].…”
