Fetal hydrometrocolpos: Challenges of prenatal differential diagnosis on ultrasound

Abstract: Hydrometrocolpos is a pelvic cystic mass representing the distension of the vagina and uterus due to a lower genital tract obstruction causing accumulation of utero‐cervical‐vaginal secretions or urine in the vagina and endometrial cavity.
