In einer frfiheren Publikatinn warde darauf hingewiesen, dab wahrend operativer Eingriffe eine Steigerung der freien und Gesamt-Aeiditat des Magensaftes eintreten kann, die nach H/iufigkeit und Grad in verschiedenen Operationsgruppen differiert. Nach Art des anaesthesiologischen und operativen Traumas warden verschiedene Operationsgruppen (s.u.) gebfldet.Es ergab sich zum Beispiel, daf~ in Gruppe I in 35 %, in Gruppe II in 49%, in Gruppe III in 14%, in Gruppe IV in 11% und in Gruppe V in 9 % eine freie Aciditi~t yon fiber 70 Titrationseinheiten gefunden warden (Tabelle 1). ~_hnliche Verh~ltnisse zeigten sich bei Bestimmung der Gesamt-Acidit/~t (Ko~nAD u. Sc~rrz).
