Five of the seven reviewed investigations in Table 4 (17,19,32,36,38) showed that ratio 3 contrast media also induce less pain and discomfort than ratio 1.5 media diluted with local anesthetics, while two investigations showed no difference (28,31). These two investigations were not completely performed in an intra-individually randomized and double-blind fashion.…”
