Feminisation of Gender Budgeting: An Uphill Task for Zimbabwe

Abstract: This paper analyses gender budgeting initiatives in Zimbabwe from 2008 when the Gender Budget Circular Call mandating all ministries to mainstream gender in their programmes and budgets came into effect.
