В 2021 г. завершилась административно-правовая реформа, получившая название «регуляторной гильотины». Направлена она была на изменение содержания и процедур контрольно - надзорной деятельности в различных сферах, в том числе в сфере образования, в соответствии с новыми государственными требованиями. В настоящей статье рассмотрены основные изменения. In 2021, the administrative and legal reform, called the "regulatory guillotine", was completed.
