Abstract: RESUMOA febre de origem indeterminada clássica é definida pela presença de temperatura axilar maior do que 37,8ºC, em várias ocasiões, pelo tempo mínimo de três semanas e que se mantém sem causa aparente após uma semana de investigação hospitalar.
