Feasibility and Optimization of Standalone PV/Biogas Hybrid Distributed Renewable System for Rural Electrification: A Case Study of a Cholistan Community

Abstract: Now-a-days, electricity has become the most significant part of human life. For this purpose, renewable energy sources as the emergent sources are introduced in the system. In Pakistan, in spite of having abundant renewable sources and favorable climate conditions, there are some remote areas where the extension of national grid is still absent. In this research paper, one of the remote area of Pakistan, Chak 6-DRB, a village of Cholistan, is considered for the hybrid renewable sources. This research has been … Show more

“…Although there are different types of nodes such as terminal, edge and cloud in the hierarchical network structure, peer-to-peer servers are used uniformly in the distributed neural network system, and all nodes are completely peer-to-peer in the system logic [18]. By imposing different restrictions on each simulation node, such as computing power and delay, the nodes are made to imitate the behavior of each layer in the hierarchical network structure.…”

“…Different types of the PV modules and system schemes were discussed that would help in planning the different renewable energy systems schemes in [2]. Technoeconomic feasibility study was conducted which helps in analyzing the performance of the most economical renewable energy system in Pakistan after the detail comparison of the different hybrid energy systems [3]. A detailed economic optimization for off-grid renewable energy systems was assessed for small loads [4].…”

“…More than 63% of the population in rural areas live without electricity. The panacea is hidden in the application of renewable energy at a national level [6]. A wide variety of alternative energy options such as solar, biomass, wind, tidal and geothermal are not properly utilized for getting energy [7].…”
