Família em situação de risco e sua inserção no programa de saúde da família: uma reflexão necessária à prática profissional

Abstract

RESUMO:Este artigo é uma reflexão sobre a inserção da família, nas diferentes situações de risco, uma proposta do Programa de Saúde da Família. Tem como objetivo compreender a família como integrante no processo de construção do novo modelo de saúde, no qual os profissionais visualizem e integrem-se na diversidade e complexidade do mundo familiar. Fez-se uma reflexão teórica que aponta as lacunas no saber/fazer profissional em cuidar da família na sua integralidade, identifica algumas alternativas possíveis para avanços nos modos de cuidar em enfermagem e, para conquistas no que tange ao modelo de saúde. Considera-se a diversidade de estruturações familiares, assim como as várias circunstâncias de risco vividas pelos indivíduos. O Programa de Saúde da Família é uma estratégia promissora para propiciar encontros entre a equipe de saúde e as famílias, buscando aproximações no cuidado que facilitem a evidência das possibilidades de risco vivida pelo grupo familiar.ABSTRACT: This article is a reflection on the insertion of the family in different situations of risk, a proposal of the Program of Healthy of the Family. The object is to understand the family as integrated in the process of the new model of health construction, in which the professionals visualize and take part in the diversity and complexity of the family world. A theoretic reflection has been made, which points out the blanks in the know/make professional in caring the family as a whole, identifies some possible alternatives to the progression in the ways of nurse caring and to the conquests concerning the model of health. It has been considered the diversity of family structure, as well as the many risk circumstances lived by the individuals. The Program of the Health of the Family is a promising strategy to prompt meetings between the health staff and the families, in search of drawing near in caring which makes easy the evidences of risk possibilities lived by the family group. Tiene como objetivo comprender a la familia como integrante en el proceso de construcción del nuevo modelo de salud, en el cual los profesionales visualizen y se integren en la diversidad y complejidad del mundo familiar. Se hizo una reflexión teórica que apunta las lagunas en el saber/hacer profesional en cuidar de la familia en su integridad, identifica algunas alternativas posibles para avanzos en los modos de cuidar en el curso de enfermeros y, para conquistas en lo que se refiere al modelo de salud.
