Abstract

The construction and building sector are growing rapidly, that the world is facing a new challenge to adapt green principles in order to maintain the environment sustainability. Many countries have regulations for implementing green principles, including Indonesia, which has the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation Number 21 of 2021. Green principles not only required to be applied in new buildings, but also to existed buildings, which outnumber the new buildings. This study aims to analyze which factors are the most influential for retrofitting hospital projects based on current regulations using statistical program, SPSS.
