Abstrak: Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu rendahnya cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif, minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang manajemen laktasi, dan belum terbentuk kelompok pendukung ASI. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pelatihan dan pembentukan KP-ASI sebagai jembatan untuk mendapatkan informasi serta proses pembelajaran secara aktif tentang pemenuhan gizi dan pemberian ASI yang tepat, serta meningkatkan cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada masyarakat sekitar menuju desa bebas stunting. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah kader Aisyiyah Ranting Baturono-Sukodadi Lamongan sebanyak 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan dengan metode problem based learning dan competency based. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan untuk menilai keberhasilan kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat didapatkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pengetahuan ibu tentang tentang manajemen laktasi yang awalnya (57,6%) meningkat menjadi (81,3%), rata-rata nilai pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan payudara yang awalnya (44,5%) meningkat menjadi (75%), dan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan ibu tentang kelompok pendukung ASI yang awalnya (48,7%) meningkat menjadi (76,7%). Kesimpulannya program ini memberikan manfaat dalam peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang manajemen laktasi, perawatan payudara, dan kelompok pendukung ASI. Kelompok pendukung ASI terbukti efektif meningkatkan cakupan ASI eksklusif sehingga mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak.Abstract: The problems faced by partners are the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, low knowledge, the absence of breastfeeding support groups. The purpose is training and the formation of KP-ASI as a bridge to obtain information and an active learning process about fulfilling proper nutrition and breastfeeding, as well as increasing the scope of exclusive breastfeeding in the surrounding community towards. Partners in this community service activity are 30 Aisyiyah cadres of Baturono-Sukodadi Lamongan.The method used are problem based learning and competency based. Pre-test and post-test were conducted to assess the success of the activity. The results found that the average value of mother's knowledge about lactation management which initially (57.6%) increased to (81.3%), the average value of mother's knowledge about breast care which initially (44.5%) increased to (75%), and the average value of mothers' knowledge about breastfeeding support groups which initially (48.7%) increased to (76.7%). In conclusion, this program provides benefits in increasing participants' knowledge about lactation management, breast care, and breastfeeding support groups. Breastfeeding support groups have proven effective in increasing the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding so as to prevent stunting in children.

Background: The living environment influences increasing the volume of breast milk in addition to family income and mother's knowledge. The problem in this study is the lack of volume of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers so it has a negative impact on the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of socialization of banana heart extract and papaya leaves on breastfeeding mothers as an effort to provide exclusive breastfeeding. This research method is an observational cross-sectional and pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pre-post test design conducted in December 2021 in Aceh Barat with a sample of 45 mothers who have babies. The results of the study were based on before the implementation of the socialization test was carried out, the score was 17.8% for breastfeeding mothers, but after the implementation of the socialization test, the score was 48.9% for breastfeeding mothers. Where the mean value is 6.91 and the SD value is 1.345, while the P-value is 0.000 <α 0.05. Conclusion The changes that occurred to breastfeeding mothers were initially only 17.8%, but after socialization, it increased to 48.9% of mothers who breastfeed. If mothers regularly consume this extract from the beginning of pregnancy to breastfeeding, it is possible that all breastfeeding mothers will have their baby's needs met, so that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding will be even better. Suggestions make it a habit for mothers to always breastfeed by regularly consuming foods that are high in nutritional value, such as extracts of Banana Heart and Papaya leaves which are easily available in the environment around the place of residence, from the beginning of pregnancy to the end of breastfeeding.
