This study examines the effect of learning readiness, learning experiences, learning behavior and teaching quality of lecturers on The International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) understanding in accounting students. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to accounting program students at Dian Nuswantoro University Semarang. The population in 2019 with the number of students taking their 7th semester in this study was 184 students. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula, to get a total sample of 65 students. The results show that only the readiness of learning affects the understanding of IFRS in accounting students. While the learning experience, learning behavior and teaching quality of lecturers do not affect the understanding of IFRS in accounting students.

The responses given by final year FKIP UMPRI Lampung students to Muhammadiyah were different even though the treatment given was the same in the regeneration process. Whereas experience in the organization as a cadre is very important in dealing with pandemic conditions, so that it affects student learning achievement. This is the background of this research which aims to reveal the learning achievements of Muhammadiyah cadres within the scope of universities in the era of covid-19 so that it can be a consideration for Muhammadiyah universities to further strengthen Muhammadiyah cadres and prospective Muhammadiyah cadres through better regeneration programs. This type of research is a comparative quantitative study with a population of all final year students of FKIP UMPRI, amounting to 268. The sample in this study was 20% of the population using a proportional cluster random sampling technique of 54 students. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is a t-test with test prerequisites, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Based on data analysis, it was found that there was no difference in learning achievement between Muhammadiyah cadres and non-Muhammadiyah cadres in the scope of universities in the covid-19 era.

Literacy culture is a habit practiced by every individual to use their abilities and potentials. Literacy is applied in schools / madrasas before the learning time starts getting used to students to read non-textbooks. The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation to learn from habits that are built early on. This research is a type of qualitative research with observational methods, interviews and documentation from various data sources, which will be the respondents to be interviewed are the headmaster of Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Middle School, some teaching teachers and some of the junior high school students in the school. The results of this study are 1) the existence of literacy culture is able to increase student motivation, in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru with a culture of reading before the lesson starts approximately 15 minutes, 2) there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing this literacy culture as for supporting factors from the literacy culture in the school with adequate facilities and infrastructure and the absence of students who arrive late for school to take part in literacy program activities. Lack of motivation from students themselves or outside students, so the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. 3) solving the existing problems is increasing the motivation of various parties, especially the school and parents of students as well as supporting facilities and infrastructure.
