Abstract Introduction: Mothers’ behavior has an important role in the growth and development of toddlers and affects the mothers’ visit frequency to integrated community health service. It is also affected by some aspects and various factors, one of which is predisposing factors. The purpose of this research was to identify predisposing factors related to mothers with toddlers’ visit to integrated community health service in Mojoroto sub-district, Kediri city. Method: The research used survey analytic method with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was the whole population consisted of 40 mothers who had toddlers aged 0-59 months. Data collection was using a questionnaire. Data analysis was using univariate, bivariate with chi-square and Odds Ratio. Results: The results of this research showed that the mothers’ visit to integrated community health service had correlation with employment status factor (p value 0.024; OR 4.5), and the factors which did not have any correlation with the mothers’ visit were the knowledge (p value 0,385), attitude (p value 0,622), education (p value 0,057), motivation (p value 1,000), and the age (p value 0,251). It is recommended that those mothers must always be advised and encouraged to join integrated community health service activities to keep monitoring the growth and development of their toddlers by taking them to available health service centers. Latar belakang: Kunjungan ibu balita ke Posyandu maupun Puskesmas menggambarkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi ibu balita berkunjung ke posyandu masih tergolong rendah dan tidak mencapai target Standar Pelayanan Minimal. Terlihat betapa pentingnya gizi yang cukup bagi balita. Sehingga hal- hal yang dapat mempengaruhi pemberian asupan gizi bagi balita menjadi hal yang tidak kalah penting. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi diri, peran kader dan pengetahuan ibu dengan partisipasi ibu balita pada aktivitas posyandu balita Desa Sungai Jaga B, Kec. Sungai Raya, Kab. Bengkayang. Metode: Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi diri, pengetahuan ibu, dan peran kader terhadap partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu balita Desa Sungai Jaga B, Kecamatan Sungai Raya, Kabupaten Bengkayang Tahun 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 ibu balita ke Posyandu Desa Sungai Jaga B Tahun 2021. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui hubungan motivasi diri dengan partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu balita dengan nilai P-value = 0,412 dan nilai OR = 1,676. Hubungan pengetahuan dengan partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu balita dengan nilai P-value = 0,048 dan nilai OR = 3,750. Hubungan peran kader dengan partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu balita dengan nilai P-value = 0,025 dan nilai OR = 4,128. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, dan peran kader dengan partisipasi ibu balita ke Posyandu Sungai Jaga B Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Bengkayang Tahun 2021.

This study aims to determine the effect of slow deep breathing exercises on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Telaga Dewa Health Center work area, Bengkulu City. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design. The results of univariate analysis obtained that the average respondent was 64 years old, with the majority gender being female, namely seven respondents (53.3%). Most respondents have a family history of hypertension, as many as 12 (80%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p-value <0.05. In conclusion, there is a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after slow deep breathing intervention in hypertension sufferers in the Telaga Dewa Health Center Work Area, Bengkulu City.
