Faktor Dominan yang Mempengaruhi Pelaksanaan Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) Di Seluruh Puskesmas Kota Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat

Abstract

ABSTRAK
 Menurut WHO dan UNICEF terdapat beberapa indikator pelaksanaan MTBS, antara lain indikator keterampilan petugas, dukungan manajemen, dan indikator tingkat kepuasan pengantar terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Dalam pelaksanaan MTBS di Puskesmas Kota Tasikmalaya ada yang belum mencapai target dalam penanganan balita sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan MTBS di seluruh Puskesmas Kota Tasikmalaya.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas pelaksanan MTBS yang berjumlah 106. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Sederhana untuk bivariat dan Analisis Faktor untuk multivariate.Hasil penelitian ada tiga faktor yaitu Faktor 1 (Kepemimpinan dan Kemampuan Petugas Kesehatan) terdiri dari pengetahuan, dukungan pimpinan, supervise, kelengkapan pengisian formulir. Faktor 2 (Internal petugas kesehatan dan Pendukung) terdiri dari sikap, motivasi, kelengkapan obat. Faktor 3 (Sarana dan Prasarana) terdiri dari keberadaan poli dan kelengkapan alat. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan MTBS yaitu supervise, sikap petugas kesehatan, kelengkapan alat untuk pelaksanaan MTBS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian direkomendasikan bahwa untuk bisa berjalannya MTBS di puskesmas perlu untuk lebih di tingkatkan supervisi fasilitatif oleh dinas kesehatan dan pimpinan puskesmas, melakukan refresing peningkatan kepatuhan atau sikap dari pelaksana MTBS dan membuat anggaran khusus untuk melengkapi peralatan MTBS.
