Abstract: ABSTRAK Menurut WHO dan UNICEF terdapat beberapa indikator pelaksanaan MTBS, antara lain indikator keterampilan petugas, dukungan manajemen, dan indikator tingkat kepuasan pengantar terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan.
