Failures after Surgical Treatment of Patients with Hiatus Hernia and Reflux Symptoms

Abstract: Patients treated surgically for hiatus hernia and reflux symptoms may still have reflux symptoms at follow-up examination, even though relapse of the hernia cannot be demonstrated on X ray.
