Factors Associated with Medication Adherence among Patients with Schizophrenia in Mekelle, Northern Ethiopia

Abstract: BackgroundNon-adherence to antipsychotic medication has a negative impact on the course of illness resulting in increased risk of relapse, rehospitalization and suicide, and increased costs to healthcare systems.
