“…Some protective factors can improve well‐being and maintain the mental health of nursing professionals, such as the habit of talking to friends and family (Santos et al., 2021); high resilience, spirituality and good family relationships (Kim et al., 2021); and the offer of support services to promote well‐being (Melnyk et al., 2022). These good practices include training on services performed, updated information, the supply and forecast of materials necessary for the service stand out (Pazmiño et al., 2021), provision of interventions for the well‐being of the team (Brown et al., 2023; Magalhães et al., 2021), and offering psychological interventions to those most at risk of developing symptoms related to mental disorders (Mensinger et al., 2022).
