“…Some protective factors can improve well‐being and maintain the mental health of nursing professionals, such as the habit of talking to friends and family (Santos et al., 2021); high resilience, spirituality and good family relationships (Kim et al., 2021); and the offer of support services to promote well‐being (Melnyk et al., 2022).
