Factors Affecting the Development of E-Library in Universities in Nigeria

Abstract: This study investigated the factors for the development of electronic library in university libraries in Southern Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive research design with a population of 107 which comprised all the systems librarians, electronic librarians and digital librarians in the federal, state and private universities in Southern Nigeria.
