Factors affecting preregistered nurses' willingness to serve in geriatric long‐term care

Abstract: The world's population is ageing; there will be an estimated 1.4 billion people aged ≥60 years in the world by 2030 and 2.1 billion by 2050 (World Health Organization, 2019). Taiwan is also facing an increasingly aged population and declining birth rates.
