Otro factor crítico fue el número de vacas, quizá porque esto estaría aumentando el tiempo que dura el ordeño; igualmente, la altitud, por su posible relación con la temperatura y la proliferación de bacterias (Ruiz-Cortés et. al., 2012).…”
