This chapter develops an AI based learning system to investigate the incorporation of AI in education. The chapter addresses the advantages of AI in education, including personalized learning programs and reduced teacher workload, in light of its expanding significance in the field. Proving theorems and problem-solving are the two base pillars of AI based learning systems. Partitioning domain-specific knowledge after the inference engine is a fundamental component of these learning systems. The chapter focuses on the design and development of an AI based learning system (on Biology content), detailing the knowledge acquisition, representation, and developmental phases. Systematic explanations of acquiring information from subject matter experts, representing that knowledge using MATLAB, and creating an inference engine. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation phase, demonstrating how the system can evaluate student knowledge in a variety of ways. By including professional evaluations, revisions, and comments, the refinement process guarantees accuracy and trustworthiness.
