Facial Recognition Technologies in Criminal Proceedings: Problems of Grounds for the Legal Regulation of Using Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: Обобщены современные практики внедрения в общественную жизнь и практическую деятельность технологий видеонаблюдения и распознавания лиц. Проведен анализ нормативно-правового регулирования данной деятельности в различных государствах. Показан фундаментальный характер возникающих этико-правовых проблем.
