“…As seen in the figure, the I D / I G ratio of N-pCs increased for MoO 3 ( I D / I G = 0.95) and MoS 2 ( I D / I G = 1.1) incorporated ones, indicating an increased structural defects and simultaneously decreased graphitization degree of carbonaceous structures during the stepwise procedure . As represented in the Raman spectra of MoO 3 /N-pCs, the peaks that are located at 252, 286, 666, (∼831–861), and 942 cm –1 can be attributed to the twisting and wagging of OMO, bending, scissoring, asymmetrical stretching of O–M–O, symmetrical, and asymmetrical stretching vibrations of MO. , The diffraction peaks observed in the spectra of MoS 2 /S,N-pCs are well-matched with the hexagonal MoS 2 layered morphology, in which the characteristic bands located at 367 and 401 cm –1 correspond to the 1 E 2g and A 1g vibration modes . Taking on a pivotal role in the capacitive performance of the prepared electrode active materials, their SSA and pore size distribution were further investigated through a nitrogen adsorption–desorption technique and are represented in the Supporting Information (S4) and in (Figure S3a,b).…”
