Fabrication and Tailored Structural and Dielectric characteristics of (SrTiO3/ NiO ) Nanostructure Doped (PEO/PVA) polymeric Blend for Electronics Fields

Abstract: Films are prepared from (PEO/PVA) blend with various ratios of (SrTiO3/NiO) by using casting method. SEM images of (PEO/PVA/SrTiO3/NiO) nanocomposites show that many aggregates or chunks on the upper surface that are homogeneous and coherent. The (PEO/PVA/SrTiO3/NiO) nanocomposites contribute to tiny vibrational molecular movement, according to the (FTIR) analysis. Several polymer chains were also disrupted once (SrTiO3/NiO)  nanoparticles were introduced. Instead, several additional chains were produced. Diel… Show more

“…At low frequencies, the amount of mobile ions and electrical conductivity decreased due to increased charge accumulation at the electrode and electrolyte interface [42][43][44]. Because charge carriers moved more easily at high frequencies, the electrical conductivity of PMMA/Si 3 N 4 /TaC nanocomposites increases with frequency [45][46][47]. Figure (9) reveals that the electrical conductivity of nanocomposites rises with the rising of Si 3 N 4 /TaC nanoparticle content due to rise in the ionic charge carriers and the formation of a continuous network of Si 3 N 4 /TaC nanoparticles inside polymer matrix [48][49][50].…”

“…Figure 1 shows the effect of adding the MnO 2 -ZrO 2 nanoparticles on the dielectric constant of PVA, the dielectric constant increases with increasing of the concentration of MnO 2 -ZrO 2 nanoparticles; the reason for this increase is the formation of a clusters of MnO 2 -ZrO 2 nanoparticles inside the nanocomposites at low concentrations of MnO 2 -ZrO 2 nanoparticles; hence, the dielectric constant becomes low, and at high concentrations of MnO 2 -ZrO 2 nanoparticles, a continuous network inside the nanocomposites is formed, and so, the value of dielectric constant increases with increasing of MnO 2 -ZrO 2 nanoparticles' concentration [22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29]. The variation of dielectric constant of PVA-MnO 2 -ZrO 2 nanocomposites with frequency F are shown in Fig.…”

“…All nanocomposites show that low absorbance in the visible region. This behaviour can be explained as to interact with atoms, thus, the photon will be transmitted [23,24]. If the wavelength decreases, the interaction between incident photon and material will occur, and the photon will be absorbed; the absorbance increases with increasing of weight percentages of the nanomaterials.…”
