“…Inclusion Criteria were as follows: (1) Age range 14-70 years old; (2) ECOG performance status 0-2; (3) Estimated survival time > 3 months; (4) Histological confirmed NK/T cell lymphoma, nasal-type according to WHO classification [ 26 ]; (5) The NSS [ 27 ] stage III or IV; (6) None of chemotherapy or radiotherapy has been previously used; (7) None of chemotherapy contraindication: hemoglobin ≥ 90 g/dl, neutrophil ≥ 1.5×10 9 /L, platelet ≥ 100×10 9 /L, ALT and AST ≤ 2×upper limitation of normal (ULN), serum bilirubin ≤ 1.5×ULN, serum creatine ≤ 1.5×ULN, Serum Albumin ≥ 30g/L, serum plasminogen is normal; (8) At least one measurable lesion; (9) None of other serious diseases, cardiopulmonary function is normal; (10) Pregnancy test of women at reproductive age must be negative; (11) Patients could be followed up; (12) None of other relative treatments including the traditional Chinese medicine, immunotherapy, biotherapy except anti-bone metastasis therapy and other symptomatic treatments; (13) Volunteers who signed informed consent.…”
