“…Highest production was found to be at the concentration of 2% (w/v) of orange bagasse (Figure 4), above which the production was reduced in case of the wild strain probably due to the adverse effect of higher load of nutrient supplements present in these substrates (Omojasola et al, 2008), or as a result of hindrance of mass transfer of oxygen by higher amount of solid substrate (Ghosh and Ray, 2011).
