Expression profile analysis of long non‐coding RNA in acute myeloid leukemia by microarray and bioinformatics

Abstract: Long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are transcripts longer than 200 nt that are involved in tumorigenesis and play a key role in cancer progression. To determine whether lncRNAs are involved in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we analyzed the expression profile of lncRNAs and mRNAs in AML.
