Abstract:In a cohort of 80 newborns with different body weight at birth, content was studied of free cortisol in the urine. Analysis of the results of the study in different units of measurement showed significant difference between the indicators in children of different weight categories, as well as the dependence on the daily diuresis and features of the course of the early neonatal period.
