The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of character, competence and digital literacy on employee performance at the University of Muhammadiyah Luwuk, as well as to analyze and determine the factors that have the most significant effect on employee performance at the University of Muhammadiyah Luwuk. The Data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees at the University of Muhammadiyah Luwuk. The population was 186 with a sample of 65 officers (Slovin). The collection is done through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25.The results showed that simultaneously character, competence and digital literacy positive and significant effect on employee performance, but partially character and digital literacy insignificant effect while competence significant effect on employee performance. In conclusion, character, competence and digital literacy are a series of variables that can affect employee performance, meaning that good performance is not only supported by extensive digital literacy, good character or highly competent employees, but employees who have maximum performance are employees who have good character and competence supported by a very broad openness of digital Insights so as to encourage productivity of employee performance at the University of Muhammadiyah Luwuk.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the effects of applying green activity-based costing (GABC) on the Sustainability Development of companies. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework included highlight on environmental issues, and the role of Modern methods of Cost and managerial accounting in reducing the harmful effects of industrial waste. Design/methodology/approach: there are variety of reasons to carry out the study; including regulatory compliance, sustainable consumption, public perception, potential competitive advantages, and the impact of Sustainability Development on economic performance, stakeholders are urging or requiring organizations to be more ecologically conscious with regard to their products and operations. In order to accomplish the study's goals, it was implemented at the Basra Oil Refinery and based on actual data from the study sample's activity. method was relied upon distribution of costs based on green activity, the identification of its effects on the facility's Sustainability Development, and the creation of a model for the use of GABC. Findings: According to the results of the experimental study, the study's findings that GABC may be used to assign expenditures based on green activity and to show how it affects both economic and Sustainability Development. Research, Practical & Social implications: Because all manufacturing and consumption activities have some sort of negative impact on the environment during the creation, use, and disposal phases of their respective value chains, environmental management issues have recently been linked to the economy. Originality/value: The research value of our current study, by employ modern methods of commissioning accounting in Iraqi manufacturing companies.

Preface"Emerging Trends and Strategies for Industry 4.0: During and Beyond Covid-19" is a thoughtprovoking book composed of original and previously unpublished chapters, which tries to shed light on the ways of the worldwide business environment.The fourth stage of Industry Revolution called Industry 4.0 started a decade ago. Private companies and even public sector organizations have already been engaged in a digital transformation process. However, Covid-19 has played a role of a catalyst and increased the pace of that transformation. This unforeseeable challenge has resulted in a great uncertainty and ambiguity for both the organizations and governments. Existing theories, trends, strategies and practices are fast becoming obsolete in this new environment. As a result, there is a strong need for new theories, trends, strategies and practices to meet these challenges.By presenting chapters from multidisciplinary perspectives, this book tries to bring into light some of the ways that are being used or suggested for this challenge. We expect this book to provide relevant theoretical frameworks, emerging trends and strategies, and latest empirical findings and business practices regarding the challenges and opportunities created by Covid-19.
