“…Our findings are consistent with previous research indicating that competency could improve job satisfaction and nursing quality, and reduce work pressure (Wu et al., 2018). It has also been reported that mature and experienced nurses working together with younger and/or less experienced nurses could lower fatigue levels, ensure safer practice and ultimately improve nurse well‐being (Yu, Somerville, & King, 2019).
