Exploring Relationship between Intrinsic Rewards, Extrinsic Rewards, and Employee Performance in University Academics

Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between employee performance at private universities in Lahore, Pakistan, and the extrinsic and intrinsic benefits that their employers provide them with.
