Exploring barriers and facilitators to physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic: a qualitative study

Abstract: ObjectivesQuantitative data show that physical activity (PA) reduced during the COVID-19 pandemic, with differential impacts across demographic groups. Qualitative research is limited, so reasons for this have not been explored in-depth.
