Explaining inter‐ethnic marriage in Sub‐Saharan Africa

Abstract: We use Demographic and Health Survey data to undertake the largest ever examination into the causes of inter-ethnic marriage in contemporary Sub-Saharan Africa and document a number of novel findings.
