According to the results of the monitoring of Internet sources (analysis of Scientific and methodological, Special and reference literature), the members of the Research Group established, that the urgent issue of developing pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of readiness of representatives of institutions of the security and defense sector of Ukraine (SDSU) to the use of the latest high-precision weapons in extreme Conditions of service and combat activity (SCA) with an accented use of means of Special Physical Training (SPT) – dedicated to the insufficient number of Scientific works, this in turn emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen Research area. The main goal of the study is to develop pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of the readiness of Future Officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to use the Javelin FGM-148 anti-tank missile system (ATMS) in extreme Conditions of service and combat activity with an emphasis on the use of Special Physical Training. Research methods: abstraction, measurement, expert evaluation, survey, comparison, observation, etc. During the theoretical study, the members of the Scientific Research Group developed pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of the readiness of Future Officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to use ATMS "Javelin FGM-148" in extreme Conditions of service and combat activity with an emphasis on the use of Special Physical Training. The pedagogical Conditions proposed by us provide for the following blocks (with the appropriate set of educational and material support) for the representatives of the studied category: organizational-diagnostic, corrective and constant. Prospects for further Research in the chosen direction of Scientific intelligence include the organization of a pedagogical experiment to test the pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of the readiness of Future Officers (on the example of cadets of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine and the Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine) to the use of an ATMS «Javelin FGM-148» in extreme Conditions of service and combat activity with an accented use of means of Special Physical Training.

Analyzing the results of monitoring specialized Internet sources (scientific and methodical, special and reference literature), the members of the research group established, that the urgent issue of developing and approving pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of representatives of the security and defense sector institutions of Ukraine to use the latest models of high-precision weapons in various conditions of service and combat activity (with an emphasis on the use of physical and special physical training) – dedicated to the insufficient number of scientific works, this in turn emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of scientific research. The main goal of the study is the approbation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future law enforcement officers to use ATMS "Javelin FGM-148" in extreme conditions of service and combat activity with an emphasis on the use of means of special physical training. Research methods: axiomatic, idealization, historical and logical, descent from concrete, mathematical and statistical formalization (criterion χ2). As a result of an empirical study, the members of the scientific research group tested the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future law enforcement officers to use the ATMS "Javelin FGM-148" in extreme conditions of service and combat activity (with an accented use of means of special physical training). Analyzing the results obtained at the end of the pedagogical experiment, it is expedient to state that the above-mentioned "pedagogical conditions" developed and tested by us ensured: skillful and effective use of ATMS "Javelin FGM-148" by representatives of the Army in simulated extreme conditions of service and combat activity; increasing indicators of psychophysical readiness for actions in simulated extreme conditions of performing tasks as intended; formation of theoretical knowledge in the direction of knowledge by cadets of the purpose and structure of ATMS "Javelin FGM-148"; formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills (competencies) in the selection, preparation and occupation of firing positions (deployment line) for combat firing using ATMS "Javelin FGM-148" by representatives of Eg; formation of practical skills of Eg cadets in building fire control schemes (cards) using ATMS "Javelin FGM-148" as part of combat calculations; formation of practical skills of representatives of the Army in the use of ATMS "Javelin FGM-148" in various types of combined military combat, etc. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific intelligence involve the development of pedagogical conditions for the formation of psychophysical readiness of future officers for the use of modern firearms in extreme conditions of service and combat activity.

Empirically, it was established that during the performance of official duties, in particular, during practical classes (training), fire training instructors are in "zones" of significant psychophysical stress, which in the case of low (unsatisfactory) individual physical and special physical readiness can slow down, and in some cases even to level the process of formation of practical shooting skills from various types of small arms (automatic) weapons among military personnel of various categories who are studying. This, in turn, actualizes the need for a suitable professional development program for future fire training instructors, which, in addition to specific theoretical knowledge and practical skills (according to the military accounting specialty), provides for the use of special physical training. According to the results of the monitoring of specialized Internet resources (analysis of scientific-methodical and reference) literature, it was established that theoretical and empirical studies that comprehensively reveal the peculiarities of the organization of the training system of fire training instructors with an emphasis on the development of applied motor actions are rare. In the process of research and analytical work, the following methods were used (at the theoretical level): axiomatic, idealization, instrumental, historical and logical, descent from the concrete, formalization, as well as the experience of organizing the system of fire and special physical training of servicemen of various categories of institutions of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. As a result of the research, the members of the research group developed experimental organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future fire training instructors for professional activity with an emphasis on the use of special physical training tools. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific intelligence provide for the testing of the organizational and pedagogical conditions proposed by us (on the example of future instructors in fire training, representatives of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine).
