Exercise-Induced Acute Kidney Injury: A Case of Renal Hypouricemia

Abstract

ÖZHerediter renal hipoürisemi, üratın tübüler geri emiliminde azalma ve düşük serum ürat seviyeleri ile karakterize nadir görülen kalıtsal bir hastalıktır. Genellikle asemptomatik olmakla beraber egzersizle ilişkili akut böbrek hasarı ile komplike olabilmektedir. Bu olgu raporunda egzersizle ilişkili akut böbrek hasarı olan renal hipoürisemi olgusu tartışılmıştır. Although it is usually asymptomatic, it may be complicated by exercise-induced acute kidney injury. In this case report we discuss a patient who had exercise-induced acute kidney injury associated with renal hypouricemia.
