In this study, the use of Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm to combine several time series forecasts is presented. This study is done by combining individual forecasts of Group Method of Data Handling models using the weighted-based combine approach. The weights for each individual model are calculated using ABC algorithm. In order to evaluate the proposed model, this study tested the proposed model on the International Airline Passengers data, and the performances are calculated using mean square error (MSE), mean average error (MAE) and mean average percentage error (MAPE). The accuracy of the proposed model is compared to the individual models and the models implemented in previous literatures. The results revealed that the proposed model produced significantly accurate forecasts.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution bears major technological, demographic, and socio-economic changes affecting nearly every area in business. Within the human resources area, both a surplus of labor and the creation of brand new professions are to be expected. Industry 4.0 concept significantly affects labor productivity in individual countries and does not miss the Slovak Republic either. All segments of the labor market, not just industrial enterprises, will be affected. The present study aims to analyze the possible development of labor productivity in Slovak companies and determine its development in the next period, considering the decreasing number of working-age populations in terms of the fallouts on creation and termination of jobs and occupations. The questionnaire carried out in 319 enterprises in the Slovak Republic with a received response of 228 was a key research tool used to analyze the results of the survey. The findings show that although the labor force within the Slovak labor market will not increase, the labor force will decrease due to unfavorable demographic development. The overall productivity in Slovak companies will increase due to the new technologies implementation. The results have proved that the Industry 4.0 concept will significantly affect labor productivity in the world economy and the Slovak Republic. In particular, the recommendations aim to draw attention to changes in job structure and the need to reform the education system because of Industry 4.0 requirements. ÚvodZahraniční a vnitřní obchod byly stěžejními vědními a studijními obory Fakulty obchodní, jejíž pokračovatelkou je od roku 1991 Fakulta mezinárodních vztahů. Vývoj obou oborů jako teoretických systémů odrážel historické souvislosti vývoje meziná-rodního ekonomického prostředí, obchodní politiky státu a praxe v tuzemském i zahraničním podnikání a obchodování. Dělení na obory vnitřní obchod a zahraniční obchod bylo vyvoláno organizací plánovaného národního hospodářství, kdy do vnějších ekonomických vztahů přímo vstupovalo na základě monopolu zahraničního obchodu jen cca 30 organizací zahraničního obchodu a výrobní podniky do nich byly zapojeny pouze zprostředkovaně. Odděleně od zahraničního byl plánován a rozvíjen vnitřní trh.V souvislosti s rozvíjejícím se tuzemským i zahraničním cestovním ruchem byla do oboru zahraniční obchod zařazena také problematika cestovního ruchu, jež se pak v sedmdesátých letech vyčlenila jako samostatný obor ekonomika služeb a cestovního ruchu.Významným specifi kem oboru zahraniční obchod byla možnost konfrontace poznatků s mezinárodním prostředím, neboť cca jedna třetina studentů pocházela z tehdejších socialistických a z rozvojových zemí. Stejně tak někteří vyučující cizích jazyků byli rodilými mluvčími.Zaměření nosných oborů fakulty, jejich náplň, fundovanost a praktické zkušenosti vědecko-výzkumných pracovníků se staly významnými aspekty transformace po roce 1989, kdy na základě oborů ekonomika zahraničního obchodu a ekonomika vnitř-ního obchodu byl vytvořen profi lový obor fakulty -mezinárodní obchod v programu mezinárodní ekonomické vztahy. Vedle něho byl nadále rozvíjen samostatný obor cestovní ruch. V roce 1991 se fakulta přeměnila na Fakultu mezinárodních vztahů. Název nebyl jen formální, v průběhu dalších let se nabídka oborů rozšířila i o meziná-rodní politické vztahy, politologii a mezinárodní právo. Obor mezinárodní obchod jako vědní disciplína tak ve srovnání s obory typu business administration nebo international business získal širší vědecko-výzkumný záběr, a to v oblasti světové ekonomiky a mezinárodních politických a právních vztahů.Cílem předkládané stati je prozkoumat hlavní milníky ve vývoji oborů zahraniční a vnitřní obchod jakožto teoretických systémů na straně jedné a reálných objektů
