Evaluation of treatment response in extrapulmonary tuberculosis in a low-resource setting

Abstract: Background Diagnosing extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB) is challenging and many patients are initiated on empirical anti-TB treatment without a laboratory confirmed diagnosis.
