Abstract: The species Rosmarinus officinalis L. (rosemary) is an herb from the Lamiaceae family, widely used in cooking as a food preservative, seasoning or condiment. It also stands out for its therapeutic properties, mainly presenting antioxidant, antibacterial and antitumor activity.
