Evaluation of Scotch whisky distiller's feeds in poultry rations

Abstract: Scotch distiller's feeds, by chemical and vitamin analyses, are generally similar to the feeds recovered by the U.S. grain distilling industry. Both Scotch and bourbon distiller's feeds gave equal or better growth as replacements for brewer's yeast, dried skim milk and fish meal in a practical broiler diet.
