Purpose Maintenance plans are programmes, which follow maintenance appraisals, contain information of what to do and the time approximates for accomplishments. They also deal with how to carry out maintenance jobs. In contemporary period, curiosity has proliferated about how sustainability affects manufacturing plans. The purpose of this paper is to offer a comprehensive notion of maintenance sustainability in maintenance planning. The literature has downplayed maintenance sustainability but may support in understanding how to crack the present company-community conflicts about the negative influence of manufacturing on the environment. Design/methodology/approach This study develops the idea of selecting the proper maintenance strategy based on integrated fuzzy axiomatic design (FAD) principle and fuzzy-TOPSIS. This work suggests that the maintenance function is an uncertain, activity-oriented system. To fully appreciate the proposed framework, the work employs data from a cement manufacturing plant to test the structure. This study offers 20 influential factors on which it build the fundamental structure of maintenance system sustainability for manufacturing concerns. A novel literature contribution that departs from existing conceptions is the classical determination of weights of each sustainability factor, employing fuzzy entropy weighting approach. Furthermore, work innovatively determines the ranking of some important tenets of sustainability in maintenance and optimises the maintenance consumables employing the FAD principle. Findings Interestingly, the output of the investigation revealed differences as the work adopts fuzzy-TOPSIS in comparison with FAD principle. Originality/value Case examination of a real-life manufacturing venture validated the claims, showing maintenance workforce training as a top-echelon strategy for maintenance system sustainability.

Gizay DAVER * ÖZ: TOPSIS yönteminin işletme ve finans endüstrisi çalışmalarında akademisyenlerce yoğun olarak kullanılır hale gelmesi nedeniyle bankacılık sektörü uygulamaları açısından değerlendirme yapılması ihtiyacı doğmuştur. TOPSIS uygulamasının bankacılık açısından kritik önem teşkil eden CAMELS reyting skoru yöntemi ile desteklenmesi, bankacılık ve finans endüstrisi açısından daha faydalı sonuçlar sunabilecektir. Günümüzde TOPSIS ile ilgili yazılımsal boyut incelendiğinde pseudo kod ve yazılım geliştirilmiş durumdadır. Türk bankacılık sektörü açısından önemli olan uygulamada doğru şeyin ölçülmesini sağlamaktır. Bu çalışmada, çok kriterli karar verme sistemlerinden TOPSIS ile banka performansının doğru şekilde ölçülmesi için katma değer olarak, CAMELS bileşenlerini dikkate alan bir performans ölçüm önerisi sunulacaktadır.

The e-learning sector continues to evolve, with a growing number of eLearning resources available to businesses, government agencies, and individual people. With the fastest growth in developing economies attempting to close the educational gap, the scope of eLearning is now stronger than ever. Because of its low cost, comfort, and availability, e-learning is quickly becoming the world's dominant educational force of the twenty-first century. Students, experts, and professors are interacting with the educational setting in new ways due to e-learning platforms. Several academics struggle with deciding which of the numerous available platforms is the most suited for their scenario. Evaluating the benefits and drawbacks of every platform can help learners all over the world in designing personalized learning options that meet their budgets and context. This innovation is resilient and ever-changing in order to suit the needs of learners and educators all over the world. This article gives a brief overview of various popular online learning platforms. The main objective of this article is to shed some light on the effective advancement of e-learning platforms and evaluate them using a hybrid multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) modeloriented analysis amid pandemics and natural calamities, as well as provide recommendations for users about how to interact with the complexities of e-learning platform selection.
